ALMA Director's Discretionary Time and Target of Opportunity activation

A new version of the ALMA Science Portal was released on March 1, 2013. Among the new features is a description of how to apply for ALMA Director's Discretionary Time (DDT). Also included in the new portal are instructions on preparing and triggering target of opportunity (ToO) observations. Information about the DDT process can be found in the Proposing section.
